Changing the way of working with Agile

Agile is both a software development method and a way of performing work in a flexible and fast manner, based on cooperation and communication. Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction has defined a process called “Agile Framing”, whereby a project can be identified and reviewed quickly based on the customer’s values, and distributed its manual, so that market value, technology, and customers can be analyzed at the time of project identification. The information derived from Agile Framing is developed using the Agile Scrum method, and actual deliverables are generated, reviewed and responded to quickly by a sprint unit.
